Wonder if anyone else is having problems with a certain m&s. Last order did not arrive in time, so ended up buying something else, then having to return late order.
Other day ordered some new bedding to be delivered next Friday. As a rule money is not deducted until dispatched. But no, they've taken the money already & when I checked website it now says delivery won't be until a week later. No email explaining delay or anything.
I have been to collect stuff in recent times to find customers complaining about late deliveries or non arrival of deliveries & money having been deducted from bank accounts.
I would have gone to shop to purchase the bedding, but couldn't find the one I liked in store.
Is this just a problem up here, or is it nationwide? I've written an email complaining about their lack of service. M&S used to be quite dependable, not so now.
