Hi everyone,

I have been put on CYCLOPROGYNOVA 2MG. Can anyone tell me if this is any good and what is the best time to take it, i have been taking it just before i go to bed and have found that i am having problems sleeping. I am just starting my journey so any help would be great. I am 48 and feed up lol
