Hi, you chat about using gynest and the vagifem, what sort of time do you leave between swopping between the two different ones internally.... i suppose the answer is when there is non of the other still up there... lol..

It gets absorbed or drains away so I would only wait 24 hours

I agree just 24 hours and switch but remember whatever you use does rub off slightly. No not really messy or anything you can just see where its wore off on a liner or in your knickers. So every 48 hours seems to work for me and many other women too.

Hi, thank for the info, i have both vagifem and gynest at the moment and just wondering which one to use, after a very severe bout of soreness, due to being taken off them and using moisturisers on doc advice. so not sure which one to use next.. i had been on vagifem for a while, but had thought about trying the gynest cream for a change.

Try Gynest cream but it may sting for 10-14 days if you are low on oestrogen down below. Use it every day for 2 weeks. It then becomes really soothing
