I am not saying I ovulated! I am saying it was in that timeframe where I would expect to ovulate! We have had this discussion before and although I am very clear on your personal feelings around progesterone and the apparent endemic of progesterone intolerance in ladies, this is not and was not the case for me and others! I managed very nicely for over a year just supplementing progesterone, as continuous testing showed very good estrogen levels and Very very low progesterone (at a time in my cycle where it should have been it's highest)
I appreciate your experience and views, but please allow others to share their experiences, which may not be your experience, with an open mind! There is a great deal of research on thee benefits of progesterone in relieving all the symptoms of menopause - I know you don't subscribe to this, but I am genuinely feeling like I should not post my experience (and the wisdom of my specialist) because I will be told I am wrong!!
Perhaps this is not the open forum that I was anticipating from my membership here.....
I wish you all luck in your journey and hope you feel better soon x
