You take it day by day, minute by minute. You reward yourself with breaks like your trip to London, and healthy treats, things that relax or excite you. Think about what your new direction could be. If you know, are there things you could start putting in place? For example, my husband did an initial part time course, while still at work. He could have waited, but it actually helped get him through the last 2 years. A different, more healthy stress maybe. Then he had to take his time to recover, once he retired.

I suspect you are tired, and have a low mood this morning. I'm sure things will look brighter tonight. Ju Ju xx

I hate those wobbles!  Are you able to delegate at work, begin passing the baton as it where?

Oh those wobbles aren't good, not helped by countdowns to retirement. I didn't retire from work, just left to look after eldest GD when she was little, but oh boy couldn't wait to leave. Not helped by giving 3 months notice.  My hubby retired a few years back, but managed to accumulate annual leave so he could leave earlier.

Try & enjoy your trip.

Hi Ladies

Thanks for your lovely replies. London was super and recharged my batteries. The ex moves out of the house on Friday, daughter is now coming to me. Work got a bit better last week and i scan see the woods for the trees now. Three years seems ages but it isn't and I will say cheerio to the nhs at that point........

So onwards, and upwards to the good days...lots of activities with my social group and ma lovely man ...

Hugs to you all Mrs January xxx
