The point is that the title of the thread only changes when you alter it - it stays the same for subsequent posts (including yours, unless you keep changing it, as you can see in your post quoted above). All subsequent posts, therefore, appear to refer to the OP’s thread title and that is why it is confusing and misleading.

It appears that in an incident this week , where 3 were shot dead in Rotterdam, that the person wielding the gun was 'known to the Police'.  How often does that happen
