Magnesium gives me 'the runs' too .......... I have used it previously in high doses to stop the cough reflex - it worked .........

Have a good day with your friend.

Oh Stellajane - I do agree. I apply a cream with sunblock each morning but as I spend so much time outside during the summer months my face is really quite brown but it's never burnt.  I'm afraid my arms don't get any sun cream and they are very brown as well.
I have to say that when my kids were young I didn't worry too much unless we were on the beach where they were very exposed. When they played in the garden, as you say, they tended to play under the trees. I used to put the paddling pool under a big apple tree and they would come home after school and sit in cooling off. We now here of children getting rickets again!!!!
Even if they don't use creams a sun hat is a good idea - if they will wear them??!!!!

I LOVE my Winter hats and gloves ………… I do have a bright hat which I put brooches on to wear on sunny days.  I ran out of coats you see on which to put the badges  ::)

I rarely get my legs out - I used to walk a lot more ……… so my skin has been brown for years ………..
