Anxiety palpitations chills aching dizziness
« on: May 15, 2014, 03:19:37 PM »

Hi everyone,

I was thrilled last week when my hot flushes subsided.  :)) big smiles all round.  However 2 days later I started with the palpitations AGAIN - and major anxiety/ chills/dizziness - which sometimes ends in a hot flush and chills!
I feel woozy, very anxious at night - not sleeping now due to fear of what this could be
Have been to docs who says all is ok ! Anyone else suffering similar?

Kind regards

Ang

HORMONES  >:(

Lots of these feelings can cause anxiety …….. make sure you eat regularly and are drinking enough.  Relax when you can ……

When I had Tamoxifen I had cold flushes across my shoulders and down my back! awful.

Hi Ang

A lot of us are suffering with the same.  Worrying about the palps makes them much worse.  When I get them I deep breath and keep thinking "this is completely normal and there are many suffering the same".  It is a horrible feeling though I agree.

Take care of yourself and remember there are lots of us with the same symptoms.
