You know I hadn't given it much thought till you posted this thread dulciana.
Thinking back over the past 6 months since I started working from home (empty)on Fridays, I guess I do. I work from home because it makes it easier for me to attend my acupuncture and psychology appointments (both are always Fridays).
Most of my biggest meltdowns have been while working from home in an empty house. It all starts off well, logging into the work system, first few overnight emails attended to and always a teleconference call with my global team.

After that, it can go steadily down hill - tense shoulders, neck and jaw. Sometimes it even involves my tongue being jammed to the roof of my mouth so I have indentations from my teeth round the edge - hurts too

It doesn't make any difference how busy or quiet the workload is. What does stop it is if DH is working from home too. Just having him around de-stresses me.
Thank goodness I have weekly psychology late afternoon - she is great at unwinding me!
She's going to have her work cut out for her this week... DH is working from home but I shall worry about him when he goes for his job interview
