Walked 2 and a bit miles in 30 minutes at lunchtime without getting out of breath!

Spent the rest of the afternoon with my desk fan on full blast 

I may have annoyed the rest of the non-menopausal office occupants.

Got back into my size 10 jeans!

Made an effort to smile at everyone and felt better for it ....

They probably thought I was nuts !!!!

Finally have a positive to post.

My Niece like me is into complementary therapies and like me loves Aromatherapy. 

I tracked down ( on amazon) and bought her three books that I love and treasure, they are by Valerie Ann Worwood.

She post a pic of them on my Facebook Timeline and how much she loved them.

This has really made my day

Great news Limpy, you can both relax now.

My positive news today is when hubby came in from the garden spouting what looked like a lot of blood we did not need to go for stitches.
He impaled himself on some wire and once I had got him cleaned up it was not as bad as I had thought. Whew.

I would have to lie down after that. He got a dressing on and went back out to carry on
