"Radical Rejuvenation" by Roxy Dillon is an excellent book for those interested, I first read it in the nineties and still have my copy "you can get  used copies on amazon for very little)

She writes about essential fatty acids and probiotics and so much more, which you can find any health shop now, but then was not so mainstream.

As I say anyone interested will not be disappointed. I left a review on amazon as I would be very pleased if she did an update to this book.

Here is an interesting site, it goes without saying that  ERT also means taking progesterone/progestin, if you have not had a hysterectomy.
