Evorel Sequi - week 3
« on: March 23, 2014, 08:25:56 PM »

Just checking in, guys. Everything been great on the estrogen only part of the HRT, great sleep, only 1 night swet, libido back, mood sunnier, and I feel so much better. The dry mouth has just about gone too. I did have a couple of headaches, one niggly and one a bit more severe. But as hubby pointed out, I had a bad headache the week before I started on HRT, so didn't think the headaches were that significant.

I started on the combined patch yesterday, and so far so good. I was a little bit stressed today, when we came back from a few days away to a poorly cat. Mum had been looking after him, and had told me he hadn't been eating properly and had been sick a few times. He was at the vets last week and had full bloodwork done, and they couldn't find anything wrong, he just seems to be a very sicky cat. Anyway, we returned home and had to clean up cat sick. I was a little stressed and tetchy, but I've relaxed again now.

So far, not noticed any real changes on the transition to the combined hormones. Will report back when I start the second month.

Hope everyone else is coping xx

Great to hear good news Flossie - long may it continue.

Hope your cat gets better soon. I have had sicky ones in the past. Does he eat biscuits?

Hopefully you will continue to do well. That patch suited me really well.

Ewww, I hate dog sick. Why is it they wait till the middle of the night to do it.

Change of diet perhaps. I don't have cats but one of my dogs had a sensitive tummy and I had good success with a sensitivity diet. Don't know if you can get that for cats or not.
