Well I've had the Everol Sequi patches for a week, waiting for the right time to start using them. As my periods are so erratic, I decided that as I've had a slightly off colour discharge the last couple of days (last proper period was early Jan) I could class that as my period and go ahead with the therapy.
Must admit that my symptoms did abate slightly over the last 2 weeks, making me question whether I did actually need HRT. But I think I forgot how bad it can make me feel and the symptoms are back. My fingers, wrists elbows and shoulders are really sore, I've had 2 nights of insomnia and night flushing, my gums are burning and my head is stuffed full of cotton wool.
Really hoping to get some improvement. So, here goes, first patch just being slapped on my buttock now.
Will keep you posted how things are.
