You will not bleed on HRT if you've had a sub-total hysterectomy ie removal of uterus which includes the cervix.

If you kept your ovaries, also it means that you will continue to produce some hormones of your own so won't be plunged into sudden menopause, and you should only start the menopause at the time you would have done if you had kept your womb, so a more natural menopause if you see what I mean.
