Cats react to tone and vibration more than the tune itself. Your voice probably hits a pitch she finds a bit sharp so she swats to stop the sound, not because she dislikes you. When you play music the frequencies are steadier so she relaxes.

If she is happy when you play instruments then your singing just lands in her sensitive range. It is nothing personal, her ears pick up far more detail than ours.
