Hi heavenlyblue - thanks for the update and glad you are feeling better. Re the progesterone - are you taking this orally or vaginally? Personally I would not want to do the alternate day thing with that dose of oestrogen and those levels because it could lead to breakthrough bleeding - but interesting idea from your specialist to try half the month on half the dose and the other half on double the dose.
The ongoing fatigue could be due to the daily utrogestan or the so far ineffectivenss of the testosterone. Do you have other symptoms like low libido or muscle pain etc especially after exercise?
How wonderful that your migraines have gone! That is one excellent result! Long may it last

Hi Hurdity, hope you are doing well :-)
The lab made a mistake with my oestrogen levels!
It said 434 pmol/L
It should have been 147 pmol/L
So that may explain my tiredness possibly. I am still not getting enough oestrogen. My doctor now wants me to up to 4 pumps a day.
My testosterone levels have hardly risen at all so she has told me to up my Testogel dose. Libido is more or less the same....as in practically non existent.
I am taking Utrogestan once a night, orally. I may give it a go for one month, not taking it for two weeks, then doubling up for the next two weeks, just to see if I feel any different.
Can I ask you ladies about application of the Oestrogel?
I have been doing
One pump on each outer thigh
One pump on arm - elbow to shoulder
I have been rubbing it in so there is no tackiness.
Now I am starting 4 pumps, I have also read to put it on inner thigh not outer (2 pumps in the morning and 2 at night) so no arms.
And not to rub it in, just to apply a thin layer and let it dry...?.confused...?..
Just want to check I am applying it correctly and on the correct parts of my body.
Thank you all xxx
