Oh Birdy - it's horrible and I really feel for you. It's tough knowing what to do when you feel so awful you can barely work out your own name when you feel like that!
To be honest if you feel so bad, what is the worst that can happen? - you feel the same or maybe you might feel a bit better on something else. Well that's the way I viewed things when I was pretty bad. If you have it there, give it a go - although you will still feel on a roller coaster for the first few days as it is a biggish change!
Drop the lozenges and try 1 pump of oestrogel on each thigh to start with every day. Regarding Utrogestan - I think you have been having it continuously anyway. Try Utrogstan 100mg per day, every night vaginaly for a week and see how you go. Still gonna be rocky for a week or more but after 7 days you should be able to report something back as to how it is going. The progesterone may still be high for a while but after a while it should drop a bit and most ladies here seem to reckon that your progesterone is causing all the crying and despondency if I was on that level I would be filling buckets too!
If it's still too high we can all reconvene and work on plan B cos there is always a plan b!
You will probably miss your testosterone but you need to get the other 2 sorted first, you can pick that up once the other levels are a bit more even keel. Forget bloods - what good are they if they say you're ok but you dont feel ok?
