Hi Dandelion - Just thought I'd post in as well. Taz is absolutely right - just keep going - your own hormones will have some influence but eventually the HRT will be dominant and you'll have a routine with the withdrawal bleeds. How are you feeling at the moment? Has the progesterone part been OK? Are you sleeping well? Is your anxiety settling a little? DG x
Hi Dancingirl and Taz
I am pleased you confirmed that it is ok to keep on with the pills.
Thanks for asking how I am DG.
So far the dygesterone is not causing any problems, thankfully.
My anxiety is still bad and I am now sweating in bed, so the fan has come out again, but I understand these are just fluctuations in hormones.
I am also undergoing a lot of stress, because I have just been refused government help to replace my boiler and get me double glazing, as even though I have coverd my windows it is still cold, nothings the same as upvc windows for warmth.
Also, the gas safe engineer said that the heating system passed his checks but it is an inefficient system, and very expensive to run, so, no wonder i am feeling anxious.
I know this is normla though, I am no longer worrying about hormones not working, as I know it's early days.
My doc wants to see me at the end of December so I can hang on till then.
