Hi Everyone 

Apart from Mirena, can anyone advise of best form of contraception to use with hrt or is it better to use combined pill in Perimenopause rather than hrt?? 

Has anyone heard of Qlaira or any experience of using it please??

Any help or advice would be appreciated
