Just logged back on again and am feeling much better after reading the comments.
I can't remember the last time I slept through the night due to wakeing with sweats. The hot weather obviously hasn't helped. So I'm hoping that if anything I can get a decent nights sleep.
The sweats during the day have reduced considerably already although I can handle those better than the night ones when I do get them.
I tried various over the counter pills and products costing a small fortune before deciding to go down the HRT route. But 2 weeks ago I felt so rough that I practically ran round the doctors and asked for a perscription. So tired all the time and totally washed out. Couldn't concentrate at home or work. Basically a mess

But so far so good and I'll just have to see what week 3 brings next week.
