Hi Ladies

I am 49, last month I did not have a proper period it was just like a show but never progress into a full period, since then I have been feeling sick got stomach ache like if you had period pains and also got really bad head aches. I have been to doctors and waiting on blood test. Is this normal? thanks

Hormones  probably.  If you think back to how you felt over the years before your period?

I haven't had a bleed (period) since last March.
However, I still get cramp type pains -with no bleeding
Tedious isn't it?

My last proper period was last October (so 7 months ago). I still sometimes get 'pre-menstrual' symptoms, sore breasts, bloating, irritability, clumsiness, but its seemed random. Last month I had some spotting, nothing more. It's almost exactly 4 weeks later and I'm spotting again. I do wish my body would make its flippin mind up!! I was feeling really down this morning, I've bloated again and putting weight on, so maybe that was why! I miss my periods to be honest.

I've not had a period since last October. I'm lucky so far with no symptoms to speak of. Can't say I miss my periods
