I do  ;D ......... DH buys fresh beetroot in a bunch for roasting.  We have grown our own along with parsnips.  Beetroot sandwiches :-) certainly won't hurt!

What's hummus when it's up and dressed: isn't that the kind of vehicle that David Beckham drives  :-\

DH stir fried last night, repeated the process with left overs earlier so now we are stuffed.  1 Black Magic chocolate each - being full U understand  ;D

Haven't had Philly cheese for years  ::)

Roast pheasant and a lump of pork, into the oven together with lots of mixed veg.. Enough cold as we have a busy few days ahead.

Have you cooked pheasant before CLKD? I threw one out last week - I bought it on impulse but chickened out as was convinced one of us would lose a tooth if we bit down on a bit of “shot”  ;D ;D

What a waste of food!  >:(  :'(.   Pheasant is a stand by in my family since the 1940s.  I would follow my Dad when he went pigeon shooting ..... and learnt my biology as Mum drew game.   Buttered well, wrapped in foil, slow cook with basting regularly.  Open the foil for the last 10 mins to crips.

Or: put it into a slow cooker with lots of veg.  Any shot will fall out and no, U won't break a tooth!  U may pass shot ........... very little fat, all protein.  DH has put that and the pork into the oven  8)  :-*

If it was a fresh bird then slice into sections and lightly fry ...... 1 can see any shot then.

Meat and fish can always be prepared to make sure that you don't get bones/shot.  Ask away .........   Veg in.

I think you’re right, Jaypo. What’s the worst that can happen  ;D :sick02:

What I can tell you, CC, is that 2 measures of baileys is required. Hubby put 1 measure in and it was a bit tame.  Hey ho. He’ll know for the next time  ;D

How about 1 shot of Baileys in the cheesecake, another in a glass beside the dish?
