Morning Dierdre .........  Might you be on holiday ............  :whist:  Hopefully there aren't any gnat-critters by the Harbour  >:(, DH and I have been bitten when sitting on our patio at dusk.

I can't even remember what we decided upon last night  :-\ :'(

Had a very lovely chicken Caesar salad down there, and lasagna. Not together you understand.  ;D

Yes there are the gnat critters CLKD 😂😂 quite a few too this year but it is very hot.

On our way to Playa Honda today to see my great neice it's her 3rd birthday today
 ( we were lucky enough to be here 3 years ago when she was born too) and have tapas for lunch at the local seafront restaurant.

Looking at weather at home, it's hotter in the UK so definately not looking forward to going home.

For our delectation tonight  ;D we’re having “Sweet spiced lamb shanks with quince and cous cous” (cross between Persian stew and Moroccan tagine). :hapij:

Do you know, I love cooking but I have to follow a recipe  ;D…..I couldn’t compete on Masterchef! It’s so impressive seeing what they can come up with with a few ingredients  ::)
