Veggie salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, herbs, radish and olive oil;
Grilled pork using this traeger grill, so happy to get it, but I cannot use it often; busmati rice from ricecooker
Home-made ice-cream after this meal
It is actually not very good, but I turned it on and had some coffee. Usually I do this when I want to do something at night

A friend just brought me a big bucket full of broad beans from his allotment. We get a lot of stuff like this as we give horse poo away to allotment holders.

I have just podded them all and am going to make a broad bean and courgette salad tonight with new potatoes and maybe some ham or fish fingers.

It’s a form of chicken curry with gujurat spices.  It was the first time trying it - it was heavy on the garlic and ginger and not quite creamy enough for me - much more spicy/savoury than I like tbh. Hubby liked it though.  Both had garlic breath!
