Rice dish with kidney beans, garlic, onion, paprika and red pepper in a tomato sauce. Steamed broccoli on the side.

Beef steaks from local beef 2 miles down road, yorkshire puds, veg & homemade rhubarb crumble that I made from our own plant that has gone wild thanks to the mild weather

Neighbour had half a chicken from us yesterday 2 roast for her lunch and handed a bowl of cooked pork this afternoon for our evening meal ........ a bit up market from swapping cups of sugar?
So DH is stir frying carrots, cabbage and peas to add to the pork.
