I used to eat prawns, when a lot younger, couldn't now , me and my mom used to eat cockles and crab when we went to the fish market, many years ago....I could still eat cockles, not the crab.....😀

Not a wimp at all.  There are things I would do years ago but I couldn't tackle now.

Winkles - boiled in their shells and pulled out with a pin
Cockles - boiled and eaten from their shells with lots of brown bread and butter and a big bucket in which to put the shells.  DH's family would cook them, keep them in vinegar, drain off the vinegar - lovely on hot toast!

When my OH was a boy in Skye he and his sister would go and collect wrinkles and other shellfish which they called clappydoos,scallops I think

Really enjoyed my baked potato, haven't had one for a long time.
Chicken was.....well, chicken... take it or leave it...
Only really eat it for the nutrition part of it...

Anyways, son will eat the rest, he's body building at the mo, so he needs the protein....💪🏼

DH heated up last night's left overs: chicken chopped with veg. on a bed of rice, I added soy sauce to mine.  Too full for pudding - yet.

It was so hot it was burny  .  I won't eat chicken anywhere else though
