Oh I'm sure we won't  :)

We are proper foodies and I'm always on the hunt for new recipes and ideas. It sounds easy enough for DH to master while I'm recovering from my hysterectomy too xxx  :)

Evelyn I know I'm daft. Trying to be more upfront. Getting the hang of it slowly xxx  :)

Oh please forgive me Clairelou, I never ever wanted to imply that, and hope you aren't offended.  Thats the last thing I would want.  I just meant Im maybe not as shy so tend to speak out , at least on line, I'm much quieter in real life !!!!

Oh gosh Evelyn, I wasn't offended in any way at all  :)

I've always been a shy nelly. Just beginning to find my voice. I hope we can compare notes with this delicious recipe  :)

M and S seafood linguini, for one, with some garlicky spinach and grilled tomatoes. Green tea, ONE Hotel Chocolate of my choice and last weeks episode of Homeland. What more could a gal wish for? (Clearly I'm very easily pleased!!)

Hi CLKD - a hassleback potato... too much hassle. a roasted spud almost sliced through but not quite. 2 sandwiches short of a picnic. but delicious nevertheless!

Tonight I had Walkers ready salted washed down with a wee cheeky glass of white. AND SOME HUMMUS COS ITS HEALTHY! DH also had some Special K!

In my defence, last night I had garlic/ rosemary potatoes, roasted fennel and sea bass with a dill, lemon and cream sauce with minted pea purée. all made from scratch by me, thus my delicious meal this evening of Special K and crisps. Husband is still trying to clean  kitchen.

I do try and cook from scratch most of the time and I've got him trained up pretty well but sometimes you just can't be bothered!  :medal: :cupcake:

Elizabeth Rose- sounds delicious. X

Was it in a blender and through a straw Sparkle?

Well I don't think I'd go as far as saying I'm 'cooking' this tonight but it's certainly going into the microwave.

M and S Taste Thailand, Chicken Penang Banquet for one.: consisting of Chargrilled marinated chicken, a fragrant coconut and lime sauce topped with roasted spiced vegetables & fresh coriander, sticky jasmine rice with lime leaves and a Thai vegetable curry with crispy onions to spinkle over the top.

Really, what more could a gal wish for aside from the jasmine tea and one Hotel Chocolate choc to follow?!
