Yes please Limpy, thank you .........
Any idea why I can't use extra smilies ?

Ellie - I've removed my comments from here regarding your wonderful carrot cake recipe. I'm sure Emma will move it if you ask her.

I hesitate to comment here about smilies as they are off topic  ::) but I think a few ladies have had problems with the extra smilies.CG suggested clearing history data (on another thread) as a possible solution to a problem with notifications - might be worth a go.

You're not being thick at all, you PM her.
Actually I've thought a bit more about it, you could just copy and paste your recipe into the MM Recipe Exchange which is the first topic in "this and that" - link below

http://www.menopausematters.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,11133.0.html

Perhaps I shouldn't have said Smileys are off topic, but I was concerned about offending CLKD again. Given she thought a recipe didn't belong in this thread!

Add it to the receipe thread  :-\

Nothing tonight.
We eat at lunch time as OH thought he was having a mouth/dental prodding about.
So we had Haddock, Crab Ravioli and petits pois.
Oh, I did eat this evening, a mocha and white chocolate chip topped muffin with a mug of decaf coffee.

I'll be looking for the cake ingredients on my next food shop on Friday  :)

Pork loin steaks with broccoli & boiled potatoes. Hubby turned up his nose.  :-\ Nearly told him to cook his own tea, but I resisted.

sounds good to me cubagirl.

Off to start tonights chicken stew, has things like lemon grass and baby corn in it - another one from Anthony Worrel, I like his stew book.
No cakes today, last nights boiled fruit cake looking good, it said to leave till today to cut.

Tonight is Chilli con carne. Hubby's choice. Not one I like too much, but after last night thought I should give himself a choice.  ::)

I wasn't upset at all  ;D but do like threads to 'run' appropriately  ::).  Also, the recipe won't get lost  ;).

DH is going to do steak, mushrooms and chips ….. I don't think that my taste buds are affected yet by the Germ  ;)
I love chilly con carne but can't digest the beans any more  ::)
Cubagirl - did Hubby make some toast then ?
2-morrow we should be out for the day so will probably eat at lunch time
