I (note the singular  ::)) did lamb chops marinated in Rosemary, Garlic & Black pepper with open mushroom ravioli. Confession time, the mushroom ravioli was courtesy of Waitrose but I did do all of the rest  ;D

OH was preoccupied by the imminent demise of his aged PC and his backup disc  :-\

Recipe for ..Carrot Cake.....couldn't find recipe thread, could it be moved to there?

  Ingredients........
175g light muscovado sugar
160 g sunflower oil
3 large eggs
140g grated carrots
100g raisins ( optional )
Grated zest large orange....keep juice for icing
175 g self raising flour
1tsp bicarbonate  soda
1tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

   Method
Preheat oven to 180c . Gas4. Fan160c....
Tip sugar into a large bowl, pour in the oil,and add eggs. Lightly mix with wooden spoon. Stir in grated carrots, raisins and orange rind..
Mix the flour, bicarbonate of soda and spices, then sift into the bowl..Lightly mix all ingredients.  The mix will be almost runny.

I then pour into twelve muffin cases ( use muffin tin )

Or you can cook in lined seven inch square cake tin....

Mix icing sugar and orange juice and drizzle on the top when cool.....
        EAT AND ENJOY 😀

CLKD - You are right about the expense bit.
Now, are we talking aged dying PC or the Waitrose made ravioli?

Probably both Limpy.  ::)

We had veggie sausages too, well daughter did and we tried half a one each. They tasted ok but the texture is funny, so not a fan.

It will be Limpy otherwise it's a flour free recipe.
The sugar is muscovado.

Typo me thinks.

Going to wait until she is out and have a mega steak  ;D.

On the plus side she will eat fish....I'm fed up of fish though and I'm sure I'm growing b***y gills.

Add it to the receipe thread  :-\

There are plenty of veggie receipes, particularly Asian.  Go the Library and browse Honeybun?  (I find that if I eat red meat, usually a small piece of steak, my bowels are really slow for 3/4 days  >:( )

Fish - DH catches trout weekly and smokes some of it - for a change  ::)
