Tomato soup and crusty bread 🥖 for me & son
Bacon sandwich 🥪 ‘s for OH, and MIL.

I shall finish off the fruit and yogurt later.
Trying to stay away from chocolate, I haven't bought any since Xmas, and we've only a
little left, so OH can have that, got roughly, 2/3kg to lose. I'll be happy with 2kg. ✅

R U making the base from scratch or have you found a 'free from' ?

Years ago DH would make a pizza-type bread meal.  He would buy French sticks and cut them into pieces.  He would layer with cheese, tomatoes, peppers, chopped garlic, black pepper - each layer would be grilled independently in layers.  It got a bit sickly for me so he stopped making it.  But if you explore breads or pitta you may find 'free from'  ;).  Nice hot or cold.

Hi jaypo have a look and read at sourdough.co.uk I'm wheat and gluten intolerant it's very painful if I stray but now and again I can have some sourdough bread this site will explain the difference and there's some really tasty sourdough breads out there.also there's some nice wraps around if you fancy a change.made from all sorts like chick peas coconut or even beetroot, you can stuff them with anything you fancy.have fun exploring the alternatives to wheat you'll find it becomes second nature and not such a trial after a couple of weeks.good luck DD😘

Oh thank you DD.At the moment it's all overwhelming, being veggie too it makes it harder. I'm off to Tesco tomorrow so I'm going to have a good look and try to accustom myself to all the products
