We have a gas BBQ so not so much smoke.
Nothing like something off the BBQ. Hubby is the BBQ King and has the apron to prove it
I remember hubby cooking a BBQ one Boxing Day. We had a power outage that lasted four days. It wad the only way we got to eat any thing hot. After that I got a gas hob

I love the smell, nothing nicer, than the smell of meat being slowly grilled over the fire, am sure the neighbours will be popping their heads over to ask if he can do theirs as well...

Oh everyone's offerings sound really appealing tonight!
Paella cooked and devoured with sufficient left for two small lunch time portions tomorrow. Such an easy dish with such an abundance of flavours! What's there not to love?!
Was your pork loin in chops on or off the bone Mrs B? Or was it a whole pork loin? x

I bought a pork loin and cut it into thin slices and have frozen it in potions.
No huge appetites here these days so I get two or three meals from one loin.
Apart from that it was really easy.
