Elleste duet has got same progesterone as my Kliovance and I was the same. In fact got terrible with mood swings and anxiety...extremely bad!!!!
You are on cyclical progesterone, right? You said it's day 13 so, you are on day 2 of progesterone.
It may be an idea to change to a different progesterone if it gets unbearable, unless you have an opportunity to get an estrogen 'top up' which works for me.
Also, if you are in a relationship, it may be a good idea to tell your partner/kids or anyone else who is in contact with you(intimately).
