This weekend - Fairport Reunion, in a field, in the hot sunshine/snow/rain/sleet - I've sat there in all weathers years ago  ;D

I only got into 'them' 2 years ago  ;D

Madness are headlining at Cropredy ……… probably last night as the Fairport will be on now …….. and it's been fine all weekend with a lovely sunset . "Moon rose over the field" .

I've never been although I know one of the guys who runs it. Just never seen anyone on the line-up that I wanted to see although I know the whole atmosphere will be great - small festivals are usually lovely.

Just about everybody when I was young!

In recent years I've been to lots of outdoor concerts and I've seen The Proclaimers and that was a wonderful hot night in a woodland setting, Tom Jones who I was never a fan of but he was superb in a lakeside setting and Status Quo in the grounds of a stately home in August and it was absolutely freezing cold but a great night.

How lovely PF, I do hope I can see them one day.  Meanwhile I keep playing my CDs and watching Sunshine on Leith  :)

We saw Elton John in the grounds of a stately home, wrapped in duvets  :)
