When I saw the heading I thought we were going to be talking about the end of the world according to the Mayans.

Nope - it seems we have survived that one  ....... I did warn DH to turn off the grill though in case the end of the World happened and I didn't want the house burning down .........

Made my card opening last until 10.00 p.m. ;-)

My comment went more along the lines of "If the world ends tomorrow, I've wasted an awful lot of money buying stuff for Christmas...."    If world had ended I wouldn't have been here to spend anyway...... Blond or what? 

It's great when you can make these celebrations last as long as possible.
