I'm going to make a big pan of a veg soup that has no Weigher Watchers points!  Then I'll stick a few points-worth of pasta in a portion to make a substantial meal.

Did well on it.
The no point soup is lovely.
Good luck with your weight loss!

Home made soup

Pot herbs from the market ( this is what they call in the north small cut up winter vegies that you scoop out and put in bag however much you want, the stall lady then asks you if you want peas and rosemary added)

I roasted them in the oven with olive oil then transfer to a pan, add stock, water and powdered coconut powder (I get it from Asian Grocery) bring to the boil and then simmer for 5mins.

Its good with chunky bread.

After several nights of slaving away over meals, got an easy one tonight. Hot dogs!  :)

Cauliflour cheese, yummy. We used to eat that on its own, as a meal, when we were skint!  ;D

Chilli for us tonight. Not my favourite if I'm honest, but hubby loves it.
