Pizza and chips.

I am going through one of my cant be bothered what I eat stages and have no interest in cooking. When you have to do it so often I think I get a bit stale.

Tonight was a meal I cobbled together from bits and pieces.  Had a roast chicken last night so sliced the other half of that up.  I put the carcase on to boil with an onion, carrot, bouquet garni etc to make soup.

I cut up and lightly fried some lean bacon and an onion and added a big bag of stir fry veg and rice I found in freezer.  So we had that with the cold chicken and it was fine.

Then we had fresh melon.

Got to go and pick the bones out of stock now. :)

Baked potatoes with Heinz curried beans. Not had them for years and spied them when out shopping! Yummy!

Yoghurt and banana for pudding :)
