Gino's recipe had a mistake in it and I had to guess how much sugar to use, but it turned out lovely.  Tomorrow will be mixed bag from what's left in freezer.  8)

I've already eaten far too much today, as a colleague had a retirement do at work, so lots of very fattening food, chocolate cake etc!

Tonight -  Going out to the Italian down the road for a pizza as if I haven't eaten enough already. ;D

Peppered beef grill steak, onion, mushrooms, sweetcorn and boiled potatoes - followed by jelly I made and put pineapple chunks and juice into. (just hope I can eat some of it as having off day).

I've roasted a chicken.  With that we're having Pilau Rice and I've made a big bowl of Mango salsa.  Mango, red onion, roasted red peppers, fresh chopped mint and fresh chopped coriander.  (The salsa is a SW recipe).

Getting ahead of myself ::) but for tomorrow we are having roast pork with apricot stuffing, roast potatoes, loads of veg etc.
