It is good exercise if you shovel correctly, otherwise you can pull a muscle in your back or shoulders :-\

Maggie loves the snow but today it's -8 and there is a crust on the snow so she's walking with her toes splayed in case her paws break through and she drops 4 inches down. ;D

Paws are OK in snow until little balls form between the pads: like a stone in the wellie, apparently  :o

Did U see the moon, Venus and Jupiter in a line, quite unusual.

At night, when I'm asleep  ;D

The air has certainly turned colder and snow is 4cast  :o.  My lower legs didn't warm up all of yesterday until I got into the bath.   Dull and grey  :(


Did any1 see the Northern Lights?

There's a winter storm on the way to my area of the province starting around the dinner hour. They are forecasting between 8-12 inches of heavy snow (temps will be above 0) plus blizzard conditions lasting overnight into early tomorrow morning.

I am soooo done with winter.... >:(
