Watch out for the bullet ants, you don't want to meet one. We were in Costa Rica 4 years ago and our tour guide showed us a nest of them :o

I was reading about those types of ants in Africa where the nest was removed, by hand  :o  :o so that the ants 'nest' could be used for cooking .

Some cultures eat ants etc.  ;)

Too early to look out at what the weather might be doing  ;D

Lit the wood burner as we were cold: sky was dull  >:( then the ⛅️ came out 🌞  ;D. Shedding layers as I type  :D

It was absolutely dreary earlier this morning. As I walked Mags, there was a sudden down draft and the wind picked up out of nowhere then it started to rain and got cold.  Now it's sunny and there's just a hint of a breeze but it's still pretty chilly, 8 degrees.

April showers and some  >:(.  People in fishing boats sticking it out as they bale water back into the Lake  ;D. DH included  ::)

When the ⛅️ 🌞 breaks through, the air is warm.  Not good for the laundry though, been on the line for 3 days now  :D

Sun is out after 3 or 4 days of drearyness.  The weekend looks stellar, sun and close to 20 degrees. I can get my fall gardening done finally.

It was the same here, Jilly.
The Cockerpoo was a soggy pup today  ;D….. he hates the rain as he has to wear his waterproof suit - so uncool  ;D

Apparently the temp was 17 on Thursday night.  Didn't need the electric blanket turned on at all.  8)
