Heavy rain followed by a sudden blast of gale-force wind which threw open a window which had been left ajar.  Fortunately nothing broken.  Appears that the rain has set in, even the birds are having to 'make do' which means I've not chased the squirrel either  ;D.  Yet  ;)

Really windy here during the night and pouring rain, its stopped raining now but the forecast for the rest if the week is horrible  :-\

Two large storms headed from the West into the UK by Wed night  :-\.  I think it has stopped raining a bit .

It's mostly sunny, with a bit of cloud right now. It's not as cold as it has been thankfully. It's a balmy -5, feels like -11. A warm front is headed here so tomorrow's forecast is a high of 8 degrees?? :o then heavy cold rain all day Thursday, then back to minus double digits on Friday. All that rain is going to freeze...great ::) ::) ::)

Get your torches ready with hot water in a Thermo ;-).  I was awake a lot, listening to the wind howling around but surprisingly, there doesn't seem to be any damage done.  Warm this morning.  Calmer.  Blue sky.
