Sky is stunning - my friend sent a photo on her phone and we have similar, 40 miles apart.  Going to be cold overnight  8)

Freezing fog as we drove across the county this morning, temp. dropped by 3.30 p.m.  If the sunshine had come out the scenery would have been lovely.

When I got up this morning, it was -19C with a windchill of -32..yep the arctic has invaded.  The weather people just canceled the extreme cold alert for around here, guess that means it's going to warm up eventually. I had to do the grocery shopping and it wasn't so bad. I dressed for it and the sun was out.  Winter storm is forecasted for Monday, unsure of how much snow we'll get here.

If it's a dry cold it isn't bad if 1 is able to wrap up appropriately.  Wet, nasty cold with a wind chill is far worse.

Another frigid  -15C morning but clear as a bell and sunny. It's a dry cold and no breeze so it's not too horrible.

We are getting a blizzard of a snowstorm right now through a vast part of the southern part of the province.  It's expected that at least a foot and a half of snow is to fall by the time this storm is supposed to end later this evening.  All schools have closed and police are urging people to stay off the roads.

After a lovely warm day, this morning dawned freezing cold again, with a FabULUS moon up there  :-*
Sun out now.  Calm and chilly.

The storm is hitting the Eastern party of the country, not sure what's happening out west.

Saw the moon last night before the clouds rolled in....beautiful!

it is 5 degrees outside but the sun is amazing and the temperature in my lounge is 24c with no heat on whatsoever. The lounge is bathed in sunshine.  My friend was just here for coffee and she took off her coat, then a big cardigan, then a light cardigan and sat here like a cat enjoying it.  her house gets no sun whatsoever because of it’s position.

We have had a Wolf Moon across the UK.  Apparently.  Because of early morning noise, yesterday I was out of bed in time to see it lighting up the World at 7.00 a.m.  :-*

Too cold for me to work outside so have tidied the kitchen.  Blue sky.  Very frosty.  Birds busy and DH has jet washed the paths around the house - he'll need to do the walls next  ;D

Frost is laying even where the sun is shining.
