Heavy drizzle until mid-afternoon.  The 🌞 is warm.  🌧 threaten  ::) Not cold.

It's a provincial holiday today so many are out enjoying a gorgeously sunny, unhumid day today. :)

After all the sports events across the UK - in heavy rain - it's been fine today!  Quite cool.

Besides the walk this morning, did some gardening, weeded and watered and inspected the mystery melon. Still no sign of fruit.  Also baked some chocolate chip cookies. Ds is a little off with panic attacks so I need to stay close.

Panic attacks are awful.  Any particular triggers?  It doesn't take much to set mine off  >:(

Dull here.  Threatening drizzle and not a good 4cast for the weekend. >hands over plate for cookies<

Stinking hot today and for the next few days, 30's feeling like over 40. ::)  With all that humidity, there's a chance of t-storms every day, so it's hard to plan anything outdoors.  ::)

R the panic attacks triggered by hot weather, I was more vulnerable during a heat wave - due to burning up energy quicker than usual.

Strange coloured sky last night, followed by a short, very sharp storm.  Earlier this morning the sky was black - temp in the car shot up to 25 from a blue sky with ⛅️.  Warm enough 4 me!

Hot weather usually doesn't, but he does get a bit anxious during a storm. Having said that, he's so much better with them now than when he was younger.
Heavy dark clouds are starting to roll in now, should start raining within the next hour.

Same across the UK I think even at Lords for the cricket 100s - fortunately the weather has brightened up there.
