Cooler tomorrow with possible showers? Our garden is parched but we don't need rain all at once!!

I wish we could have some rain. It is forecast but we have had almost no rain during the whole of April and May - maybe a couple of nights but none in recent weeks. In fact can't remember any in May. Getting a bit fed up with watering!!! We've had temps of over 30 on several days, in parts of our yard and gardens.

Weve also had wall to wall sunsuine for days with barely a wisp of cloud! I do love the good weather but now I feel ready for a change. At least it is cloudy today!

And it's not even summer yet!

Cold, blustery and drizzly rain. Would prefer proper rain to give the garden a good drink. Needed the winter coat back on today when I went out.

Well after a dry April & May well during the day anyway, at last rain well in the morning, afternoon was more or less dry, breezy & feeling chilly

Dull. Dull. Dull. Heavy rain last night went nowhere! made no difference to our barrel levels and didn't touch anything with large leaves or in a pot.

We seem to be on the edge of a thunderstorm. Lots of rolling from black clouds but no lightening. Inside now, avoiding the rain which hopefully won't bash my broad bean plants over

A house not far from us was struck by lightning yesterday, the fire was quite bad

. Rain/drizzle most of the day so far, the garden needs it.
