Very warm until mid afternoon then cloud made the air really nice so dozed on a chair but the wild birds kept nagging me for food

At 5.00 a.m. it was bright blue sky and calm. At 9.15 it's grey, blustery, threatening rain .........

Felling lucky as it has still been very hot and pretty sunny today. Temp was 27 deg by our garage. It's now hazy sunsuine and blustery, some grey clouds appearing but temp still 25. I thought Sunday was going to be a write-off but have done lots of gardening already and dried the washing

. I know it's supposed to cool down and rain later at some point though...

Glorious! Beautiful afternoon and evening sunshine, indeed for most of the day. Just been sitting in the (south-facing) front porch, with the sun pouring down on my skin, soaking in the rays and making lots of vit D, and gazing at all the columbines and the climbing roses drinking an IPA glass of beer
