It's been lovely here the whole day it's still sunny outside just now.I was tempted to put my bikini on and go scare the neighbours w :rofl:

Yes I'm a bit ticked off about having to do that as apparently I've not to sunbathe while on the heavy dosage of ViT d3 for the next 6 weeks.you couldn't make this one up,all this rotten winter I've waited for sun and now I'm banned from enjoying it and I'm goin* to Benidorm on Thursday cruel cruel world  :rofl:

Sit in the shade watching the waves would do it for me anyway.  I wasn't to sit in the sun whilst having radiation treatment so bought a Very Large Hat ;-). - still warm  :whist:
