Morning lanzalover I get what you mean I used to be really bad with recurring pleurisy my neighbours got as little sleep as I did lol.vicks on my back helped but stunk and ruined my thermal vests which stunk anyway because of my sweats then chills then sweats it was a joy in top of menopause lol.i know it's telling an old hen how to suck eggs but honey and lemon in warm water did help with the cough,it's the after effects on your throat I damaged my vocal cords a very kindly gp told me to not talk for a while then got the giggles when I said I may as well cut my wrists now then that's fatal advice for someone with verbal diahorrea lol.itll disappear as quickly as it started so keep doing what your doing.take care xx
