Wish it would make up it's mind  :bang: :bang: :bang:  very cold for a few days prior to C.mas then warmer; followed by heavy rain and sleet today ………..

Ha, cubagirl, as ever, polar opposites!

Woke to a very light frost but brilliant blue skies now and just returned from a wonderful walk where I had to loosen my very light layers. (Of course I have my own inbuilt central heating system 'doing it's thang'  ;)

Hope you have your thermals on! x

battening down the hatches  :o 'cos Winter weather is on it's way - apparently : fortunately the boiler man has kind of sorted the problem which caused the system to shut down on Sat. night .... >PHEW< lots of coal to hand and logs chopped!

Today it's been drizzling, hard  :sigh:

Was quite pleasant here today, but we're in NE Scotland & appear to be missing the worst of it for now. Freezing wind though, but dry.

Preparing for the supposed snow, best thing I ever bought was my North Face Arctic Parka for my commute. And my ice grippers. Never be caught out like the horror of 2010 again!
