We had an awful night here. It thundered on & off from 7pm - 2am, then it started pouring with rain.
It's been drizzly today & still humid.

Been bright and warm all day.  Clouding over now; quite sticky, too.  We've just got our lounge fans out of the cupboard (bit like Christmas decorations, only the warm-weather version!), so they should cool things down.

Was at the beach two hours had a latte read my kindle in the sun then the heavens opened and got drenched on way to car !
