Son's fiancé made it back from Dublin, before fog closed Aberdeen airport. An hour later & flight would have been diverted.

Wet almost all yesterday, all night and most of the morning plus blustery winds - not cold.  Won't be putting up an awning in Brighton next week if it continues like that! although the sun did come out eventually  ::)

Was supposed to be dry then heavy rain. It was heavy rain then dry. Do they ever get it right?

Grey and damp - gales forecast for later.

Windy at the moment.   Quite frankly, I'm wondering what the winter will be like, as there is so much divided opinion around as to whether it's going to be mild or very cold.   :-\

Hopefully won't be too cold, at least this side of the New Year. More often than not the worst weather is after the New Year.

Windy out there tonight, to get worse tomorrow. Yippee!  :-\
