It's getting really windy here now. Hanging baskets are down and in the greenhouse and the garage until it passes over.

Heating has been on.  Under the leccy blanket now ……….. wind is howling round the house, glad I'm not camping  >:(

Got so cold and wet going home from work yesterday - heavens opened (helped along by very strong winds) just as I left the office, and again as I left the supermarket!!  Single-figure temperatures too - it was so nice to get home to a lovely warm house (we had a new boiler fitted this time last year, with the facility to control it from a mobile phone via the internet - worth every penny!!).

This morning - clear blue skies, breezy, cool - but that cool that promises to warm up as the day progresses .... maybe we've turned the corner?!!

Spoke too soon - clouded over completely now  :(  And it's chilly in the office - 'heating' system is on its summer setting, so will only blow cold air.  Choice is sit in a cold draft from the vents, or switch it off and sit in the natural cold - I'm fed up of being cold at work .... I need a blanket for my legs!!

was pouring and very windy, rain has stopped now wind hasnt  :( but it does feel a little warmer  hopefully gonna pick up now  :-\
